Missionary and Founding Pastor of Camino de Vida in Lima, Peru

Robert Barriger

Ps. Robert, together with his wife Karyn, founded Camino de Vida church in 1988 in Lima, Peru. Since that time, Camino de Vida has become known as one of the most influential churches in Latin America for it's work with abandoned children and orphans, as well as, their many social programs to help the poor and handicapped.

Ps. Robert and Karyn have two grown children, who along with their families, serve with them in full-time ministry.

Missionary with Good News in Action Ministries in El Salvador

Steve and Pam Kern Good News in Action

Steve serves as the President of Good News in Action and Co-Senior Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Vida Nueva in San Salvador, El Salvador. He and his wife, Pam, have lived there since 1985 where they have developed outreach ministries, church planting, and leadership training, while also raising their four children: Kristen, born 1983, Stephanie, born 1985, Matthew, born 1986, and Michelle, born 1991. All four children are married and have given them 10 grandchildren.

They are dedicated to reaching the lost for Christ by means of traditional and creative evangelism, the planting of strong biblical churches whose goals are to glorify God, win others to Him, and transform lives through Biblical Discipleship and the preparing of pastors and missionaries through a Biblical Seminary. Since 1985 they have seen over 400,000 professions of faith and have helped to start over 65 churches in El Salvador,

Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico City. They
currently help to support 31 national pastors and missionaries in that region. The church where they are currently ministering has a Sunday attendance of over 1,800 adults and 300 children.

Good News In Action reaches out from that base to the entire region of Metro America. (Metro America is geographical region defined by the Equator and the Tropic of Cancer in the Western Hemisphere where approximately 300 million people live, it is estimated that over 200 million do not know Christ. This is their mission field)

As Co-Senior Pastor of Vida Nueva, Steve oversees the areas of evangelism, missions, and the seminary and preaches 4 times a week at their 5 campuses. He also coordinates and leads evangelistic outreaches with teams from US churches about 15 times per year. Pam serves in discipleship, evangelism, and children’s ministry as well as coordinating accounting and finances, communications, and administration for Good News in Action.

Pastor and Founder of Echoes of Mercy Mission in Nairobi, Kenya

Pst. Moses Omondi Odhaimbo

Pst. Moses Omondi Odhaimbo is the Founder and the President of Echoes of Mercy Mission, He is Board Chairman of Hope A Life International, He is also a member of Evangelical Alliance of Kenya and also serves in the secretariat of Pan African Brethren In Mission. He is married to Emily Akinyi and they are blessed with five children Melanie, Natalie, Hope, Kenya and John Mark.

He leads Echoes of Mercy Mission that includes a large residential Christian School for the poor, that is gaining National accolades for academic excellence. They also have a huge outreach to widows, that’s reaching over 4500 widows through relief support, building houses, farming for income generation and micro finance support.

He is involved in planting and providing leadership to 11 Churches , raising up leaders, local evangelism and discipleship.
They are also involved in orphan outreach and are currently finishing touches on a new modern orphanage building that will accommodate 200 children.

Lead Pastor of Celebration Church

Dennis Watson is the founding and Lead Pastor of Celebration Church of New Orleans, Louisiana. Celebration Church is a multi-cultural, purpose-driven, multi-site church that began in 1989. Since 1989 the Celebration Congregation has grown to over 10,000 members and 7000 in weekly worship attendance while helping to start 10 other churches in South Louisiana, 8 churches in other U.S. cities, and 103 churches around the world. Celebration Church is well known throughout the nation and world for its innovative worship services, commitment to evangelism and discipleship, small-group ministry, and involvement in compassion and inner city ministries. It is also known globally for its support of missionaries and missions enterprises, and for training Christian Pastors and leaders in countries around the world.

One of Dennis Watson’s passions and priorities is training Pastors and Christian Leaders, as well as Business, Educational and Government Leaders. He and his wife Vicki also lead Marriage Conferences and Mentor other Pastors and their Wives. Dennis has served in leadership with the North American Mission Board. As a result of his leadership in his region and state following the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina, he was named as an honorary Senator and Congressman by the government leaders of Louisiana.
Dennis and Vicki have two adult children, one son-in-law and three grandsons. Vicki has spoken at Women’s Conferences and leads the Women’s Ministry at Celebration Church.

The DMC is two conferences in one: We have a full conference for Adults and Teens with teaching in both English and Spanish and special breakouts for teens. Instead of childcare, we offer a full Missions and Ministry Conference for children and tweens.
