Facilities Lead – Central Support Team

Celebration Church is seeking a hands-on, servant-minded Facilities Lead to provide day-to-day leadership for our Central Support Facilities team. This team serves six of our eight church campuses as well as the facilities supporting our two schools, helping ensure that our buildings, grounds, and systems are safe, functional, well-maintained, and ready to support ministry. This is a working leadership role.

The Facilities Lead will provide direction and oversight to two Central Support Facilities team members while also actively participating in maintenance, repairs, projects, inspections, and other facility needs. We are looking for someone who believes leadership means serving alongside the team—not simply assigning the work. The right person will be able to see the big picture across multiple locations, prioritize competing needs, communicate well with campus and school leadership, coordinate people and projects, and still be willing to pick up the tools and help get the job done.

The Facilities Lead should:

Celebration Church is hiring a part-time Children’s Minister at two of our campuses. The ideal candidate for the position would have experience in working with children, have a desire to see children reach their full potential in life for Christ, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills. The primary purpose of the Children’s Minister is to seek to accomplish the vision and purpose of Celebration Church by growing and developing the youth ministry of the campus. Responsibilities:

• Communicate the overall vision for the Children’s Ministry program.
• Strong evidence of a Christ-Centered life.
• Supervise weekend Children’s Ministry program, ensuring all departments are prepared and staffed with volunteers.
• Recruit, motivate and train volunteers.
• Assist in developing games, thematic activities to accompany the curriculum.
• Meet regularly with department coordinators and assist them where needed.
• Plan outside-weekend events such as VBS, Seasonal Community Outreaches and special events, etc.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary equipment and supplies for effective ministry.
• Assist with seasonal children’s programs as needed.

The primary role of the Worship Leader is to offer guidance and practical hands-on direction to the (Specific) Campus musical worship leaders of Celebration Church. The Worship Leader will share responsibility for the ongoing worship service growth and development for all Campus Worship Teams in cooperation with the other Campus Worship Ministry Staff.

This position requires 12-15 hours of work per week and includes daily, weekly, and monthly tasks/responsibilities.

Primary Purpose:

The purpose of a Life Group Pastor is to assist the Campus Pastor with all aspects of ensuring the congregation connects with one another and builds community through a strong, healthy, and growing small group ministry.
